"The hotel does not have parking on the premises. It is necessary to park in a parking garage, several of which are nearby. They are expensive, as I suppose should be expected in a busy downtown."

"This is a gorgeous property, and conveniently located for Walnut Creek and Lafayette. The lobby, and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the bed cozy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I used the pool, lobby, and bistro. All were A plus. I will stay again if I’m ever in town."

"Front desk staff gave wrong info about the guestroom phone when I called a few days before arrival. He said that the guestroom phone can be used to make local calls and perhaps long-distance calls. However, when I checked in, I found that the guestroom phone is not calling the front desk only and the phone/clock did NOT work. There was also NO front desk staff before 7 am. So I had to call them later for them to email me the receipt because I checked out at about 6 am. Breakfast was minimal...
