Marriott's Grande Vista
The outside of my room had garbage and debris from housekeeping. The shower head leaked and the thermostat light was annoying. The room was clean and I had a great pool view.

Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando
The pictures, the lobby, the pool, all looked fabulous. The check in was easy. The refund I requested ten minutes after check in, due to the room having bed bugs, being musty, and dingy, was no problem. Evidently they are used to that issue. Another guy was requesting a refund for the same reasons, ...

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
This resort was on point. Staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. This is a big resort. And lots of pools around and so much space to stroll and see the beauty of it all. The island at night is Spectacular Food at the restaurant was amazing
