"The staff was so helpful. Especially with advice on getting around the airport. I had to visit the Globsl Entry Iffice which was kind of tucked away in another terminal and received great instructions to get there from both the concierge and the valet. I also received good advice from the bell woman who advised to use the train. It was one stop away and a short walk."

"The hotel is beautiful very clean. The only issue was that we didn’t have enough washcloths. The only other issue is that the rooms did not have drawers to put your clothes in.
