This is no longer a hotel!!! It’s an apartment complex! Most of the blame goes to Expedia for not updating us before our travels!!

Well at midnight we got to this hotel and this had gone under 2 months before. And nobody had emailed us at all. Thank goodness for Malala she helped us big time!

When we arrived to check in we were informed that Hawthorn suites was closed for renovations. you can imagines our annoyance and frustration. We had booked this hotel 3 months in advance However nobody had informed us of this, ( no email or call ) and no effort was taken to let us know in advance. Instead on the evening we arrived we were directed to another hotel that was not the same equivalent for which we had paid. No refund or compensation was provided or offered. If this hotel does not inform guests that have paid and booked in advance that the hotel was not open for business I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to avoid it

Stället var stängt när vi kom, hotellet hade bytt ägare eller något, fick ingen hjälp av dom, inte heller av Expedia, fick leta upp ett hotell själva för natten, gå upp kl 04.00 för att ringa Expedia i Sverige, fick då hyfsad hjälp.....

Nice stay

Check in for us was fast and room was nice size but needs some updating. Breakfast was really good. I would stay again. Over all very good. Did not use pool or other activities. Missed out on Tuesday happy hour which sounded nice..

Unhappy ☹️

Our room was clean only one day. Went to the front desk promised to send someone to clean it. Never did. Next day came and went without cleaning again. Spoke to girl at front desk and said she would send someone to clean room but no one ever came. Door handle was coming off. Spoke directly with maintenance and said he would fix it. Never did. Key card was deactivated several times. Had to make several trips to the front desk to reactivate it.

Updates don’t help.

Our first impression was the front door sticking. (And it stuck every time after that until we figured out that you needed to pull up first). We booked a suite, but what we got was a studio at best. It was a very small room with a couch squeezed in next to 2 beds. It says 6 people will fit in there...but the 4 of us couldn’t get out of each other’s way. The a/c didn’t cool very well and when it did run it rattled constantly. The bedding was extremely scratchy and stiff and there were no extra amenities we were used to at other hawthorns like extra plugs or ports for chargers. You can tell they attempted to update the room, there’s new appliances in the kitchen and new countertops..but you can still tell it’s an older hotel room. We stayed here because there was a convention across the street and we wanted to be close, but with the giant parking garage going in on I drive, we won’t need to stay here any more, thankfully.

Pictures on site are deceiving. Our room had ants, the Tun leaked water all ovegytgr floor and the A/C did not work well. Will never stay at this hotel again! Price not worth it st all!!!!

Where do I begin we got a penthouse for four nights and we only had maid service for two nights when I called the front desk , she didn't know why we didn't have service , she suggested I go to the front desk for towels because the maids had left already. The carpet was filthy in our room, the closet doors wouldn't open there was chips on the bathroom doors and they wouldn't close correctly the floor in the bathroom has water damage and mold, our TV's didn't work and I called the front desk and she said sometimes they do and sometimes they don't didn't send anyone that literally it only had 15 channels and those channels were distorted so no TV watching for my kids after dinner I tried loading the dishwasher and it fell out of the cabinets almost fell on me. We went for the breakfast buffet it was filthy the dining hall tables we're all dirty there was trash on the floor and the counters were the toast and Waffles were made was disgusting no one did any upkeep there was waffle mix all over the floor. Honestly I cannot believe Wyndham has their name on this hotel. The outdoor is very misleading I think the groundskeeper does a better job than the manager running the hotel. Most definitely will not be suggesting the hotel to anyone and I definitely will not be staying there again

Great for one night stop over.

Nice but dated Suite. Looked clean. Bed and pillows perfect. Reception nice and friendly despite arriving late. Pool looked good.Breakfast plentiful. Entry to our suite did not seem very secure. Security guard in car park was on the one hand good but on the other raised questions about the area. I would stay here again.

Was not impressed with this hotel at all, it was clean but baseboards were missing pieces, carpet stained. House keeping came and delivered clean towels then came back and said he delivered them to the wrong room and if he can have them back.
