"Check in process please pretty simple. I was told that cleaning would happen every second day. We went out for the day and our room was never cleaned. We spoke with management and management. Continue to say we will speak with housekeeping see what happened and never got any resolution from management was pretty disappointing with this. As if you’re trying to claim to be a luxury resort, somehow that doesn’t feel very luxurious having a dirty room for our entire stay. We requested clean towels...

"Great staff, great inclusive breakfast, nice views from my room on the 6th floor and not too far from things to do or places to eat. Wash cloths were dirty but was able to get new wash cloths. Overall it was a nice experience."

"The property is definitely family friendly. The pool has a splash area for children and on the weekends they have a dj in the pool area. Plenty of parking, a 1 minute drive from restaurants, target and 10 minutes from Wal-Mart. Very convenient location to I-4 with no noise from the highway. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy."
