I didn't like the fact we had to pay for toilet paper, shampoo conditioner, clean under the beds they were filthy hair clothes left in drawers trash left in drawers no laundry soap only one bath towel for a person no extra bedding for the fold-out couch no extra blankets no extra nothing I was very disappointed I will not stay there ever again ask galore it just was a nasty experience

2024 family vacation

Regal Palms is a very tranquil resort. The lazy river and pool area was amazing. The location was superb. It was just a 3 min walk to Publix and several restaurants. The resort itself has a great bar and grill and all the employees were very kind. The pond in the back was very entertaining. There were turtles and baby alligator in there. You could watch the fireworks from Disney off of the balcony. Overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10 for family vacation.

The pool was nice for kids. The room itself was nit properly stocked. We had to buy toliet paper and not enough towels and was left with only 2 pods for laundry. Enough towels for a night. We had to wash them twice.

The check in process was weird since I didn't think I needed to check in with the door code they gave me being at the top of the instructions so figured I was good The elevator was in some rough shape and could definitely use new flooring. The space itself has been newly remodeled so very pretty but the bathrooms needed quite a bit more attention paid to. There was some gunk in the guest bathroom shower that we only ended up using the primary for showering. The sheet on the primary bed had some sort of plastic covering for the mattress underneath which I completely encourage, but it made a lot of noise during the night with any movement and retained heat to over heat us. Because of that we moved to the two twins and the mattresses were much more comfy and quiet but the sheets were pilled and elastics came up every night since they were cheap sheets. All in all a very average stay. Not bad, not great. Probably won't stay here again next time. Also, never used amenities but still got charged resort fees so keep that in mind as well. Use the amenities if you can to get the most bang for your buck. You're gonna get charged either way

It’s was a great place. The kids had fun. I enjoyed the three bathrooms and the king size bed. The beds were a bit squeaky and there was only one big sized tv in the home and two small ones. The internet wasn’t pretty good either. For the most part the stay was great. The manager of the property was wonderful. I had no issues with utilities. There was plenty of space and even some dishes that were available. All and all great spot. And right near the entrance and exit so easy to navigate to the property.

Regal palms was great. My family really enjoyed all the amenities the property has to offer. The unit itself (privately owned) was extremely outdated and was just a roof over our heads and nothing more. Too much to list the wrongs of this unit, but Regal Palms was great.

Family vacation turn into a nightmare

This was the most uncomfortable place that I have rented to stay the place was full of roaches and my wife is terrified by it, instead of a family vacation it was a nightmare for us and in top of everything the reservation was sent the the resort wrong with 1 day less which meant that I had to go to the reception again to activate my card to be able to get inside the property because when I got to the gate after coming back from the parks the card didn’t work and it was because the reservation was sent wrong I will definitely will not be using this site or that resort anymore in my life. Almost forgot the key to enter The townhouse was a code and it was never provided to me when I checked in, which meant that I had to call a number that was wrong to get this info because the front desk could not provided that info and I sat outside the house with my family and my two daughters for almost 30 minutes trying to find a number that could provide the information.

There was only one T.V. working in the 3bedroom town home no wash clothes or towels available had to wait till the next day in order to receive them. Sofa and loveseat felt like fleas were bitting you had to sit at kitchen table the entire stay.

All the dishes was dirty they gave me the wrong code to to get into the home sat outside for 30 min waiting the outlet in the bathroom didn't work the hot tub didn't work and they gave me the wrong number to call and complain

This was my 2nd time staying here and this time was horrible...the refrigerator was leaking, carpets was dirty& insect problems

The checkin was horrible it was a complete run around then we wasn’t even able to get the room we book we was just put somewhere so I didn’t even have a pool in the back of my house then security is races and keep harassing the African American people on the 4th just totally unsatisfied with my vacation

Very nice place to stay. Our unit was a nice size and was pretty well stocked. Also it is very close to a grocery store which was very convenient.

First unit was not acceptable. Run down and not clean. Complained and two days later moved to a nicer unit. Overall had a fair stay.
