"Lizzy was amazing! She checked on us through out the trip and made sure we settled in. Beware of the ducks in the pool. Make sure your kids do not drink the water and wear googles. "Amenities we're plentiful biggest drawback is that we went for the big pool in the picture along with what looks like a wave pool, only to find out that it is 75 dollars extra per person to use, very misleading resort description."
