"We did not like the fact that jacks restaurant was not opened for dinner. After a long day of shopping, we we're very tired and really could have used a nice quiet dinner in the hotel but instead we had to fight the traffic and go out. The hotel itself was very clean and very accommodating."

"Very very nice hotel with lots of services (Universal parks ticketing, car rental, a gift shop, restaurant, a pool bar & Starbucks) in addition to an awesome and clean pool, a large gym, a mini game room. Everything you need for a family or even for a romantic stay ! We had a great time ! The hotel is clean, the room is large, the people at the gift shop, the life guards as well as the person from the ticketing booth were so welcoming and helpful ! Thanks a lot to everyone :-)

"We frequent this hotel, its always clean, quiet, and the breakfast is amazing especially for those who do not want a carb filled mess for breakfast. Having protein options, and fresh cooked options are crucial for some families who watch their dietary intake. The corner suites are the best and always have wonderful perks. We really like it here."

"Room was beautiful and had plenty of space, pool bartender was friendly and gave great service. Breakfast was great and had a decent amount of options. Pool area got very loud at a certain time of the night and we did see some kids that were staying on top floor spit down and almost hit the people sitting in one of the cabana areas. We did not travel with pets this time but they did have an artificial grass area to walk them "
