"Let start with, I do not leave reviews often, and never negative until now. We were placed on the 18th floor, the elevators were always slow to arrive. The water pressure in shower was horrible, very light. The toilet could barely flush regardless if anything in it or not, and the overall condition (dirty grout and caulk) of the bathroom was average at best, needs upgrading. The king mattress was extremely firm to point it was uncomfortable, and also had a significant valley in center which was...

"This hotel is beautiful. It’s is our go-to whenever we stay in the Orlando area. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and separate bathtub, which I love. Self-parking is $38 which seems expensive, but I think it’s kind of...

"Loved our stay! Everything was fantastic. Tikki Bar was a nice touch. Great breakfast and dinner! Kudos to the chef! Cat the night shift agent is just a beautiful person inside and out and she made our stay magical! The older brekfast hispanic attendant was just lovely and very attentive, remembered faces and was so so pleasant (not the young one, the young one was terrible, would think about hiring someone else for her position). The pool and jaccuzi were okay, heated was a plus. But location...
