"Everything was great! We enjoyed the multiple pools the most and the friendly and helpful staff was incredible. The beach and sea view were a huge addition."

"Nice hotel all in all. We were with two small children and stayed 2 nights, unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned, and also no water was provided. when I had to walk to the reception to ask for water late at night as we ran out. They mentioned the person who can bring it will only get back in half an hour (was surprised the receptionist didn't just go to the bar to bring us bottles of water as I mentioned we are with small children) Was already too late and I felt it was ridiculous waiting 30 mins for water, I ended up just buying overpriced water from the bar, I mentioned the experience while checking out to a manager or shift manager (unsure) she was very nice about it and gave us a voucher for the bar. Pool towel policy is way too strict and hard to understand why (we didn't bring 1 towel back which was in our room and they were fussed about it), again, while the towel girl sees us with 2 babies. Might have been unlucky timing with staff. Overall expected much much more from Radisson and a rather expensive hotel"

Golden Bay Beach Hotel

"Our room was originally full of beetles, we got switched to a different room but it also had many beetles everywhere. They said it's the seasonal beetle but I would imagine a 5 star hotel can spray against them? They were just everywhere in the room. Also the room was not very well maintained. The staff was very helpful I'll give them that. But other than that it's not really a 5 star hotel."

"Firstly... well done to the lady cleaning our floor. Attentive helpful and friendly and clean. Air con did not work in our room all holiday. The hairdryer did not work either. .. and for that matter the spa massaging jets were not working either. Entertainment was pretty zero. There seemed to be no evening ents. There was a different wedding in the hotel everyday.... i hope that was not at the expense of any non existent entertainments. I did water aerobics in the indoor pool. They didn't even turn off the ambient spa music.... just placed an underpowered bluetooth speaker on floor in front of her which could just about hear over the other music but of course 2 records at the same time isn't very nice. She did half n hour gentle stretches. Shame because everything else was ace.... Location on best beach, Breakfast, poolbar cocktails.Bed was a little soft for me but didn't give me bad back to be fair and TV was good. Bathroom also good and modern. Bars and eateries around were not great. we had a lot more fun in Protaras strip and eating in village restaurants"
