"Customer service: not great, they gave me key which did not work and had to come down to activate (i think it was not activated) and toilet, poor(clogged up) and duvet, was thin ( i think they forget to change as it was freezing minus)

"Hotel is situated in a great location. Easy access to the tube, bar, and shopping. Hotel is average but I would definitely come back for the location. "

"The hotel was in a great spot for the 1940’s weekend. They were understaffed at breakfast and the food wasn’t nice For the price you have to pay. The room was fine but we were charged for an early check in and the room wasn’t ready. Luckily they refunded this cost but the communication seemed a bit slack. "
