"Valentina was an excellent hostess right from the beginning of when we booked the bed and breakfast when we arrived. We had a little hard time finding the location and she came out and looked at us and brought us in took us to our room offered us coffee and water just excellent hostage hosting. Also we had a tour that morning and they allowed us to keep our bags in the room instead of having to check them into a locker at the train station, which would be greatly appreciated. "This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier.
Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot.
I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

"The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp.
