The rooms are spacious with good facilities including a washing machine (no dryer), kitchenette and dinning space. We stayed on the 9th floor and we were told that the water pressure is reduced between 9 pm and 5 am. We experienced problems on the first night but not so much on the following days, however, it was not desirable to have restrictions on when to take showers and do laundry. Due to this, it took us longer to get out of the hotel in the mornings since everyone had to take a shower in the morning. Be aware that the hotel is in the red light district of Dotonbori with love hotels, massage parlours and strip clubs atound. Very safe though like everywhere in Japan, however, a bit dirtier than other parts.

가족여행에 아주 좋은 호텔입니다..
난바역에서 지하도로 쭉~ 오면 되서 이동이 편하고요 도톤보리가 도로지나면 바로 옆블럭이고, 구로몬시장도 바로 아래쪽에 있어서 이용하기 아주 편했습니다. 세탁기, 건식화장실, 세면대, 욕조가 각자 분리되어 있어서 4인가족이 이용하기에 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 침대에 USB 충전포트도 있어서 케이블만 있으면 바로 충전도 되고요.. 아주 만족합니다.. 커뮤니케이션쪽은 비대면 체크인이라 현관 비번 받고 하는게 약간 지체되어서 별 하나 덜 줬어요

水壓不足
房間硬體設施還不錯!地點很近道頓堀,但是只要多房間同時間用水水壓不足,水流會一下停一下流。我們的經驗大約是晚上10:00-12:00之間.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable, it is perfect for family stay! Very close to Dontoburi and Metro station. Besides, Family Mart and Lawson are less than 1 minute walking distance. We love and happy with the stay!

The location is superb. Had a really enjoyable stay. Would prefer pillows to be firmer though. Overall, still a highly recommend lodging option in Namba (Osaka)

There were good and bad to this apartment. Pros: Location very near to nipponbashi station, dotonburi and kuromon market Has washing machine and drying function in the toilet Toilet bowl was separated from the bathroom and wash basin area Cons: Bed was too small for 2 pax. Bed and pillows were too soft Floor was not very clean Water pressure was erratic if there were many guests using the shower concurrently The sliding doors between the beds were not sound proof

The check in experience was interesting since it was done virtually however it would be better if the check in staff was more knowledgeable about inquires I had. Also contacting the property was a bit tough to get answers, certain questions prompted whst looked like automated messaging

Very close to Dotonbori but also far enough to not be impacted by the noise. More space than the average room, very clean. Comfortable pillows and bed. Would stay here again.

2박 4명 이용후기
체크인 하루 전에 체크인에 필요한 정보들에 대해 연락주신다고 했는데 연락이 안와서 당일에 숙소에 도착해서 메일로 연락드려서 숙소로 들어갈 수 있었어요. 1층 안으로 들어가기 위해선 현관에서 비밀번호를 입력해야하는데 이 정보를 보내주시지 않아서 메일보내고 답장받고, 근데 예약 일정 번호가 없다고 그래서 매우 당황스러웠어요. 그래도 답장은 금방 와서 그렇게 오래 기다리지는 않았습니다. 숙소는 청결상태는 좋았어요. 침대도 푹신했고 밖에 소음도 크지 않은 곳이라 좋았어요! 냉장고 사이즈도 작지않고 좋았으나 안에 아무것도 들어있지않기 때문에 생수도 다 사서 오셔야해요~ 그리고 저희는 연박했는데 처음에 수건 8장? 이렇게 주시고 다시 채워주시지는 않습니다. 드라이기는 정말.. 챙겨오시길 바랍니다. ㅎㅎㅎ 긴 머리이신분들은 많이 힘드실거에요.. 그리고 1층에 화장실이 없어서 체크인전이라면 숙소에서 화장실 못가요. ㅠㅠ 이 곳이 다른 숙소들에 비해 체크인은 1시간 느리고 체크아웃은 1시간 느린데 화장실도 1층에 따로 없어서 좀 아쉬웠어요~ 숙소는 조용하고, 깨끗해서 그래도 만족도는 높았습니다!
