"This hotel is situated on a main street and close to the exits from Umeda station and subway. There is a handy elevator from the subway exit to ground level and the hotel is about 100 m, so no need to struggle with cases. We couldnt find the hotel at first, but if you looked up, the name was emblazoned above the top floor. The entrance is down a small alley which is signposted and there is a 7/11 shop under the hotel. "大浴場があるのと朝食の口コミがよかったので決めました 期待通りの大浴場でゆっくりできましたし、朝食も種類豊富で美味しかったです 神戸空港からポートライナーでの移動だったので駅からは少し距離がありましたが、ポートライナー寄り（駅の東側）のホテルに比べて飲食店など多く便利でした 街中なので騒がしいかと心配していましたが、部屋は静かで全く問題ありませんでした 外観やロビーなど、価格相応に一般的なビジネスホテルより高級感があり、部屋も広めで綺麗でしたし使いやすかったですが、窓の外は隣のビルで暗く、長居したい感じではありませんでした 部屋の方角と階数次第かもしれません 総合的には満足ですが、定宿にするかと言えば少し悩ましいかな"

"電車の駅や繁華街に近く、非常に便利な立地。 隣が生田神社で、朝は東向の部屋の窓から生田神社の緑と美しい朝焼けが見れます。朝食バイキングも充実しており美味しかったです。スタッフの対応もとても良く気持ち良く過ごせました。 部屋も必要最低限がそろっており、水回りも清潔でした。 また神戸に行く際は使わせてもらうと思います。 子供が、パンダのぬいぐるみスタッフのもんもんをとても気に入っていて、何度もだっこしていました。 素敵な思い出を有り難う。"
