Very convenient location, with lots of restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was tiny (I was expecting that when I booked), but it served its purpose, and was clean, with comfortable bed and pillows.

Place is smaller than I expected but the location is convenient enough as it's walkable to multiple metro railways.
Nightlife is vibrant for those who care. Within walking distance include the famous Ichiran along with multiple restaurants are open till over 4am. But it may also be too vibrant if you are bringing kids. There are quite some massage parlours (with happy endings I suspect) nearby as well.
Overall, unless you are super concern of those redlight businesses, I would say this is a pretty good stay for the average family.

We loved our stay at the Ibis. Fantastic location, close to subway, plenty to do within walking distance and easy to grab a cab out front if you need. Staff were lovely to deal with. Room was lovely and fresh and clean. The only downfall was the breakfast, a bit underwhelming so I would just eat out next time. Great stay overall! Thank you.

Convenient location. You can enter the hotel in the train stain. Lots of shopping and food! The room we had was quite dusty so it wasn’t good for our allergies.

Such a lovely hotel, The staff are great and the rooms are small, but perfect.
and access to the station/shopping mall can be access by the hotels lift. Perfect!

The room is too small. Couldn’t even open my luggage, the desk is just big enough for my lab top but not the mouse/pad! Couldn’t open the fridge when I’m using my lab top on the desk!

Bildiğiniz İbis hotel sistemi, tek farkı şokalleştirilmiş olması. Oda avrupa standartlarına göre çok ufak. Büyük bavulunuz varsa yerde açmak dışında başka bir alternatif yok. Gece ciddi sokak gürültüsü alıyor.kahvaltı tamamen lokal, diğer lezzetler çok sınırlı, lakin ciddi anlamda temiz. İş için gidecekseniz ufak bir bavulla 2-3 gün geçireceğim derseniz, fiyat mantıklı olmak kaydı ile kalınabilinir.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The only thing that made it a little uncomfortable was how close the beds are together but other than that it was great.

A permanencia foi boa,excelente localização, porém o banheiro tem um ralo,provavel de esgoto sanitario
Que exalava mau cheiro ,isto a partir penultimo dia de estads.
Acho que isso tem que ser mudado. Nunca tive problemas semelhantes com demais hotéis,pois viajo há 50 anos.

One major plus point of the hotel is the location. It is a few minutes walk from the Airport Limo drop off/pick up and access to Osaka Station
My advice is to navigate on ground level rather than through the station especially when first arrive.
Lots of dining options all around the hotel which has Food Street directly in front as well as the back of hotel.
It is also surrounded with convenience stores like 7-11 and Family Mart
There are lots of shopping options in the area too
Staff are friendly and helpful when approached
It is a small hotel but room is spacious for what it is. Everything is clean and functional
Extra disposable (vanity) items can be pick up at lobby level.

Great room, clean and huge King bed. Hotel close to all amenities and even better having walkway down to underground shopping mall from hotels. Definitely stay there again!

Detta var det bästa hotellet vi bodde på under vår rundresa i Japan. Rent, snyggt och fräscht. Trevlig personal och en fantastisk frukost. Bra läge med ett stort utbud av restauranger och shopping i närområdet. På gångavstånd från Osaka station. Ett hotell vi gärna skulle återkomma till.
