First time in Japan, it was a good central location in Osaka. Very short walk from metro. Rooms are smaller than pictured but did the job. Offers small amenities and is clean and quiet. I would stay again in larger suite.

Very near to Honmachi station which also is 2-3 stops away from Namba, Umeda, Shinsaibashi. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You may get free drinks and water from the lounge. Will definitely stay again if visiting Osaka.

Had a lovely stay with my partner. Got stiffed with a ¥2,000 fee to dispose of some luggage that had broken on my trip that grew to ¥2,200 when I brought it down the next day but I can’t say whether this is fair or not. Seemed steep considering the hotel’s good value so may just be a flat prefectural fee that was confusingly communicated the first time.
