"The room had great extras and pajama & slippers for all persons staying. The extras for each person I didn’t expect but glad where given were toothbrush and toothpaste, packet of cotton swabs and facial cotton pads, mouthwash, and body scrub towel. I also liked that is was convenient 15 min walk from Osaka station. "

"Great location, helpful staff. Room was tight but that was expected based on pictures. Ignore the Italian restaurant on the 9th floor, the 8th floor has a fantastic selection of restaurants. Direct bus available from the airport. Bridges to bus stations let you get anywhere in the city easily."

Staff were extremely helpful when checking in - navigating local transportation and our universal studios trip. My favorite part was the on site massage salon that offered in room services.
