"Great"

"Staff were great and hotel close to eateries and New World. Very central location. Easy walking distance to town and shops."

"It was lovely accommodation. Very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location. There were only a few small reasons I didn't give a 5 star rating. We were staying for 3 nights; it would have been nice to have a bath mat...or even an extra towel. And considering we were required to take out the rubbish (which is totally fine), an extra bin bag or 2 would have been appreciated together with a dish cloth to clean the kitchen with. Other than that, it was a great place to stay."

"Ideally located for us as we were working at the MCEC, plus points are location, roomy apartment, full kitchen and washing machine with a seperate dryer. Unfavourable points are it is on the first floor, right opposite a busy railway line and tram stop, so a bit noisy, but it is in the city, so maybe you expect that. The rooms are big and light with great pillows and bedding, presentation is great, but neither room is incredibly private, one has bi fold doors with clear glass in them and ill...
