"Friendly helpful staff. Very good location next door to Westgate Mall and about 3 blocks from Sarit Center Mall so excellent access to shopping and IT support like SIM cards. Room was ok - firm king size bed but rather sparse for furniture but staying in the room was not the priority of the visit. Breakfast was good - à la cart for my first three mornings but buffet for the forth morning. Sadly they had no yogurt available (despite being on the options card) but the coffee was very good. Helpful with arranging airport pickup for after midnight arrival and checkin. Very decent value for money for this hotel. "

"The hotel is simple and safe - great value for the money. The staff is helpful and professional. Everything is super clean. The breakfast is decent and a good option if you are in a hurry. Internet can be spotty and there were a couple of brief power outages, probably not the hotel's fault but the Nairobi grid. Highly recommend!"
