"The laundry facility was not in operation. That access was a big reason I chose this location as it was the second stop on my vacation. I had to find a local laundry service to handle my needs. Everything else was fine."

"Good place for a night or two. Good affordable food and restaurants nearby. Room and everything else was good and clean. Only complaint was the bed we had was a little lopsided or unstable but I just shoved something underneath it briefly to keep it from that unstable bed sound from moving around. Otherwise, great staff and place to stay ! 8.7/10!"

"No working AC in room (which they admitted they knew a few rooms did not have and still booked them out) and they were unable to switch my room or provide a fan. The lady at the desk tried her best and was able to switch rooms after the first night of cooking in the room, but no management on site during the weekends for any type of refund. This would not have been a major issue if it had not been high 80’s out and cost approx $300 a night…."

"Newly remodeled hotel in a very nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and looked wonderful. Room was huge!!! As a family of 6 it was so needed. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast as well."

"Room was not cleaned between nights. First day there was a power failure in which our room had plug in that didn't work after power failure. The morning leaving went to use elevator. Elevator failed for about 10 minutes. Tried alarm and elevator phone both did not work. Breakfast is very basic not much of a selection. Hotel is a old hotel and needs maintenance which is not happening. Will not stay there again."
