"Really good value here. But for two nights there were obvious power issues at this hotel. Did not have power in our rooms from 12 am to 6 am. This was an issue they did not handle right. Staff was good and room was great. Great location. Would recommend if not for this issue. "

"I booked and paid for two rooms through Hotels.com, but when I arrived, I was only given one. Even though I showed my confirmation for two rooms, the hotel refused to fix the mistake. I ended up paying double for what I actually received.
On top of that, the hotel is in terrible condition. It is poorly maintained and clearly not looked after. I have tried to complain, but the hotel is completely unresponsive and shows zero interest in correcting their errors. Do yourself a favor and stay...

"This pousada has amazing potential. The property itself is beautiful, a bit of an oasis with royal palms (I think), tropical vegetation and with Koi ponds. The common area, sort of a club house with pool table and library, a nice pool and breakfast area are all very nice and peaceful, and all with wifi. The breakfasts were very good, and the kitchen help was very sweet. Unfortunately there were too many little niggly things that were bothersome, that when added up left us a little frustrated....
