"The hotel is poorly maintained when we got there the flush button when you pushed on it for the toilet it fell off the wall. The lamps by the bed were falling off the wall. The light on the right side of the bed didn’t work. The toilet seat was all rusted and about ready to fall off poorly maintained.
To boot when we got there, they charge us even though we’ve paid on Expedia. They charge us another hundred euro for the room so we ended up paying about $325 for the room that was falling apart."

"The Hilton Rome hotel is very nice and convenient. You can walk into terminal 3 easily from the hotel. The bar and restaurant were very nice with good selections. The breakfast buffet was awesome!"
