"The principal advantage was its location"

"I believe the girl I spoke with was new. Either busy or just didn't care. We were attending a visitation. I asked if our driving time got us there before 3:00 could we check in. Abruptly she said '40.00' You have got to be kidding. The Manager told me this morning we could check in an hour early at no charge! We went on to the visitation at 2:00, left early, arrived back at the Hotel at 3:15. She told us the rooms are first come first serve. When we got there, there was no parking. How does a parking lot get full in 15 minutes from check in time? We were the 3rd couple in line. She was on the phone. No one to help. The rooms are totally outdated with pine furniture that look homemade. The room smelled like Clorox or bleach from the towels and bedding. Love the crisp sheets.The curtains were sun rotted. There were tears in the fabric. That's ok. Everything was clean. Carpet pretty clean. I wore soaks. The toilets are maybe 14" and no bars to hold on to!! Maybe an accessible room would work. We have stayed there before. It's convenient to everything. Maybe it might not have been such a tense start if I had not spoken to this person 3 times. There was no clarity with her. And going to a visitation doesn't help the nerves. Yes we will stay again but next time I will ask for Mr. Patel."

"Staff was super helpful"

"Older place. Felt ok. Quite a bit of hair left in bathroom. Had to give the place a good wipe down with Clorox wipes before we felt comfortable. Breakfast was good."

"Bathroom & over bed lights broken and kit replaced nor moved us to another room despite 4 day stay & requesting daily"

"Horrible, unsafe! Doors didn’t lock. Staff wouldn’t change our room or refund us. We left after 5 minutes. Super sketchy!"

"The room was very clean along with the bathroom. Updating needed, but a clean room, bedsheets, & towels are more important than the furniture. The bed was very comfortable and the staff and cleaning crew were very friendly. I would recommend staying here to anyone."
