The rooms were clean but thought it was strange that we had to go to front desk for towels each day and that we had to take our own trash to a location. I could see putting it out our door and someone would pick it up and empty it. If the price was discounted because of no services I could see it. "Terrible stay. From the moment I entered my room, I found an ozone generator running, which made me cough and caused lung irritation throughout the day. These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. On the second night, the fire alarm went off at 4:00 AM for about 10 minutes, then again from 5:00 AM to 5:38 AM. I didn’t get any sleep that...

"Room was very nice, parking garage across the street. Casino was a little outdated."

"Continental breakfast average. Front desk clerk Michelle was always friendly and helpful. There are 2 new 100 gallon water, still their shipping containers, sitting in the hallway. I was there for 3 weeks and there was no movement to install the heaters. Hotel location was great for me. Close to where I was working. Morris has a lot to offer."

"Staff was not friendly. Room was clean but in disrepair. We were not told the ice vending on our floor was unavailable-they had the broken ice machine blocked by a dolly with a new one it the box. Our bathroom was stained and looked like they were performing maintenance and our door had a gap so it did not close properly and was a safety hazard. "

It seems like when building this hotel, they really cheaped out on soundproofing. It’s right next to the interstate which was loud inside the room, Also, you could hear every footstep in the room above us, and they apparently had young kids who were running around all until almost midnight. "This hotel was not bad..I didn't get my snacks that was supposed to be part of my reservation. Otherwise it was around a lot of eatery's and other stores if I needed anything. I would go there again if needed."

"Room had broken glass from previous stay under bed when we took are used bedding off from are night before leaving we found four other fitted sheets understand it not sure if they were used an jus put a new one on ares but there was also rose peddles we never used that fell out or the sheets we took off that never belonged to us. Also my fiancé going to get breakfast in morning stepped on a screw that was next to a door when stepping on Gravel somehow there was a few outside the door not sure...
