When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom. "Fantastic service from the owners, they made us feel very welcome upon arrival. The beds were super comfortable and that was coupled with a great view. Lots of little details which added character to the room and gave it a homey feel such as small ornaments. The breakfast was lovely, a large selection of cold meats, pastries etc even though it was only us staying. Only a 10 minute drive to Newtown so it has everything you need."

"We arrived at 6pm and waited 10 minutes to check in. The room we reserved was unavailable. We drove for 20 minutes on single track to arrived from Shrewsbury. The breakfast was none existent. The room was clean and tidy but the lighting was terrible. I think 6.0 rate is suitable."

"Pre check in email was very useful about how to find the nearest car park, but missed the part about not being able to book the parking for more than 24 hours so you have to sit for your current session to expire before paying again. Check out time was incorrect stating 1100 when booking email stated by noon. I reply to confirm but didn’t hear back from property.
