"The place is amazing but the rooms are very small, I felt for a resort this big, the rooms should have been a bit bigger. We had to call front desk and ask them to vacuum our room and clean the toilet along with the shower as they were dirty when we arrived.
Somehow my $20 new NIKE shoes went missing from my room one night before checking out. I called front desk, they took a report and that was it, nothing else was done, nothing was escalated and upon checking out, it was as if nothing had happened. I mean, how do shoes go missing all of a sudden after it is cleaned?
The pool areas are amazing, my kids, wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. The lazy river is amazing, the wave pool was the best part. Food is great, drinks are great and the best part is the resort is not overcrowded like you would think.
Would I stay again? Well after the whole shoe incident, I am not too sure but aside from that, the resort is great."
