Room numbers were written on paper, stuck to wall with sticky tape, easily moved around by mischievous tenants. Carpets up in places, very dirty carpets in some areas. Very noisy, little insulation for sound. No restaurant 4 nights each week, daily breakfast very poor. Some staff helpful, some found it hard to smile or be pleasant. No fan in bathroom so room...
