"EVERYTHING WAS GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THEY ONLY HAVE ONE ELEVATOR AND IT TOOK FOREVER TO ARRIVE TO GET ON AND SOMETIMES EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE ON THE 1ST FLOOR GOING TO THE 2ND FLOOR IT WOULD TAKE YOU UP TO THE 4TH FLOOR WHERE NO ONE WAS WAITING THIS HAPPEN 3 DIFFERENT TIMES. THEN THE SECOND DAY THEY PUT AN OUT OF ORDER SIGN ON IT AND WE HAD TO CARRY THE BABY IN THE STROLLER UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS. WE THEN WERE UNABLE TO BRING A CART TO HELP US MOVE OUR BELONGINGS WHEN IT WAS TIME TO LEAVE."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Surfland Hotel. It’s in a great location on the beach with easy access to the beach. They have a cute and comfy courtyard with fireplaces and games for kids. We liked the hot tub and pool and it was nice that they had an adults only time. The room was clean with a beautiful view of the ocean and we enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay again!"

"The staff was amazing and so helpful on check-in. The rooms are quaint and have had some updating. I wish they would go to laminate flooring in all the pet cottages. It must be hard keeping up with all the stains. Even though our cottage was updated a bit, there were a lot of stains on the carpet and a faint pet urine order. Other than that, the view was phenomenal and it is easy to get down to the beach if you can walk down a short street."
