"The room was clean, and the view was absolutely to die for! Unfortunately, there were a few things that took away from our overall experience.
Families allowed their children to run up and down the stairs at all hours of the day and night, which was disruptive and made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay. The continental breakfast was also disappointing, as it consisted mainly of packaged foods that guests could take back to their rooms to warm up. In our opinion, this wasn't what we expected...

"Very poor performance from the Site Manager who failed to even call me back after the refrigerator in my room froze my medication and it was unsafe to use. The replacement medication I had to order from my DR took 4 business days and cost me $100. I have not been reimbursed. Will not stay there again or recommend that place to anyone!!!!"

"Last minute reservation for what I thought was going to be a really spectacular room. Checking in was easy and the front desk gal was AWESOME and SO nice.
However, I was VERY disappointed in our room. We booked the ocean view king room with a deck and private hottub. There was no deck area to watch the ocean as it was taken up by the hottub. The only area to view was from inside the room or in the hot tub. Our room literally sat right next to the public viewing deck for the entire hotel as well...
