"Breakfast was good. Parking good. Cons: - no elevator- we were there 3 days. We are 2 Friends visiting a cancer patient. We are 74 and 78, walking up and down stairs with 20 pound luggage was terrible. Anytime we wanted ice we had to go to a different floor (no ice on 3rd floor.). - no bottled water in the lobby. There was 2 refrigerators but none held bottled water because they were broken. We asked if any cold bottled was available and we were told no. - no room cleaning for 3 whole days. What is so wrong with that is that feeling clean and getting new coffee pods are essential for daily comfort. -we stopped a cleaner in the hall and asked what was wrong with our shower and they indicated they weren’t allowed to come in the rooms to show us how to use the showers. Really…do you see any reason why we shouldn’t be reimbursed for our stay? 2 individuals who are seniors putting up with these conditions are ridiculous. I will never recommend your hotel."

"Breakfast was a nice addition. Plenty of options, space, and accessible/friendly staff. Parking was plenty and very well lit. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The entire stay was pleasant; would definitely stay again."
