"Staff was nice "

"The bed I slept in was caved in the middle and has caused serious back issues. The rooms were dirty as I found what looked like rose petals that weren't cleaned up from who knows when. Overall the location was good but as far as the room itself goes it was very underwhelming and I've had to miss work now due to the shape of the bed. "

"It was a clean room, very spacious. We stayed 5 nights and they were suppose to service the room on the 3rd day. It was never serviced. We carried our garbage out every morning if needed."

"The room was beyond neglected, dirty wash cloths hanging in the bathroom, eyelashes sitting on the shampoo dispenser in the shower, when I told the staff they told me cleaning ladies miss stuff and then brought me to a different room and that one had used shampoo bottle in the shower and dirt in the bath tub! Would 100% not recommend this property to anyone! Highly disappointed the staff blew off my concerns!"

"The staff did not process my card at check in, at 10:30 at night the front desk called and demanded I come down, I told them no, I will come in the morning, keep calling so unplugged phone, they then came knocking on the door and demanded again that I come down. I gave her my DL and CC to bring down and back, I was all ready in bed and not leaving the room for their mistake. "
