The staff at this hotel were amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. When we pulled up to the hotel the Vallet parking gentleman was very very helpful. We will definitely consider this hotel again should we stay in Ottawa.

Fairmont Chateau Laurier
Had a fantastic 3 night stay in Ottawa. Perfect location for sites and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Stayed over the holiday season and enjoyed all the Christmas decor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not our first stay at a Fairmont hotel and definitely not our last.

The Business Inn
The service was impeccable! The room was clean, roomy and allowed for socializing! I would definitely recommend it as truly a hidden gem!
