The check-in process was efficient and I appreciated the efforts in discretion about my room's location (quiet voice). There is renovation construction occurring on other floors but I was unaware of any noise associated with it. "I booked my family here for one night when we were visiting a family member in Aylmer. The plan was to enjoy the pools and spa for a day, but I had not read the fine print and learned too late that no one under 18 could go, which was a huge disappointment. The staff were courteous and professional during our short stay, but unhelpful and abrupt when I called beforehand to adjust the reservation dates. "
