The 2 bedroom apartment was excellent. We had an on-suite washer and dryer, so we came home with clean clothes. It's at the top of Dow's Lake, one block from Preston, so a very walkable neighborhood.

A suite complete with kitchen, living & donning area, bed room and toilet. Very comfortable for 2 people. Friendly and helpful staff. A grocery shop nearby with reasonable pricing. The property is within a very short distance from the OTrain station, giving easy access to major attractions in Ottawa. We enjoyed our stay here.

Unfortunately not very well cleaned since the last visitor and they had clearly let some food spoil for a long time in the fridge so it absolutely reeked and lingered on any food we put in there. If the cleaning was better between guests it would have been perfect.

Very comfortable 2 bdrm 2 bathroom apartment. Checkin was quick and easy. Quiet, clean, safe building. Comfortable beds. Walkable area. Nice location.

Second time staying here. Great location. Parking is excellent and easy to get up to the room. Room was great. Front desk was terrific. Gym was nice. Mattress smelled of humanity, so it either needs a deep cleaning or be replaced.

kitchenette was nice feature and having the washer and dryer was convenient, they even included soap for a load. Water pressure in the shower was low for my liking. Some of the flooring, especially around the washer and dryer was popping out, which is a little unprofessional. Everything was great otherwise.

This hotel met all our needs for our extended stay. Great neighborhood with lots to see and do. Close to transit to the downtown. There is a lot of contruction going on but we couldnt hear any of it from our room. Staff was helpful and late check in was easy.

The condition of the suit is good, the washing machine is dirty, and the mattress of the bed was really uncomfortable compare with any other hotels my wife and I stayed. Could not sleep properly due to the sunk mattress surface, and both our back hurts after sleeping. If this can be solved than overall is good.
