"Personnel accueillant et serviable. Très propre. Entrée accessible pour personne à mobilité réduite. Micro-onde + frigo fonctionne bien. Au besoin, indiquer au personnel de démarrer le frigo AVANT votre arrivée . Climatiseur très bruyant, mais efficace. Nourriture du restaurant est très bonne."

"A great experience, not a hotel, it was like an Inn, Victorian House. Lovely staff, wonderful room with 2 exceptional double beds, like sleeping in a cloud, with lots of amazing pillows. In the morning we received at the door a small cooler with Prosecco, orange juice, muffins & fruit. Pertect way to start the day. Definitely would recommend this lovely Inn when visiting Gananoque, 1000 Island."
