"Staff are friendly, helpful and courteous.The hotel is central located. The free breakfast is a plus and out of this world. Laundry room opens 24/7 with free detergent & fabric softener. We enjoyed our stay there , the 2 nights went fast. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I’ll stay here again when I come back to Ottawa."

"AC Marriot was excellent, the staff were friendly and efficient, rooms were quite large and very modern and clean. And we decided to stay in for dinner and found both the service and food great… not always what one would say about a hotel restaurant.. . But really enjoyed our evening. The only « negative «  was the parking was full… but the team had already advised us, sent us options and allowed us to drop off bags and check in. Would certainly go back"

"Best location in the city. Great gym, nice looking pool (didn’t use it). Friendly staff. Best hotel bar/restaurant. Downside. No plugs near bed or really anywhere except at the desk and they were not tight so my cords were falling out. Bathroom plugs also loose. "
