"WelcommInns is nicely located. Various walking distance restaurants surround it. The room is super clean. Breakfast was 100p.cent what we expected and the sitting area in the cafeteria had plenty of room. Plenty of parking surrounding the building. I highly recommend this stop to sleep. This will be our stay when we come back to Ottawa."

"An opportunity for improvement: Is it possible to separate the deposit charges from the room cost in the billing process? What happen now is that we are charged both fees together, and eventually the deposit charged are refunded.In effect we are improving the cash flow situation of either Homewood suite or expedia."

"Room was clean, staff was very helpful and polite with a warm greeting when arriving. Had breakfast at the restaurant every mooring and enjoyed the service and food. The floors could have been cleaner but if you planned like I did and brought your slides you won't even have to worry about it."
