"Overall, I had a good experience with this hotel and the tech (to unlock doors remotely using your phone) worked without any hassle. The concept of having no front of house (reception) did feel odd. "Wonderful hotel that’s walking distance to the center of Munich. Great amenities, clean room, and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff are really nice and provided exceptional customer service. They help identify an issue with a planned tour offered by Expedia (meeting location 2 hours away drive). Why it was offered for Munich is another issue. Regardless, they were very helpful.
