The front desk clerk was friendly, professional, and courteous. The hotel was clean, comfortable and pet-friendly. Breakfast was included and had various good-tasting hot and cold items. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Love this hotel

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice now and we love it. The staff is so friendly and they go out of their way for you. The hotel is clean, beds are comfy. Breakfast is free and good. I have zero complaints- We will be back 💖

Great stay

We stayed here overnight as part of a two day road trip. The staff was welcoming and friendly and offered us complimentary water right at the start. They let us know where to find everything we would need and about breakfast service. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well cared for. Our room was clean and stocked with all we could need. There really was no complaints.

Great hotel

Haley was excellent to answer my questions and help us. She helped me reserve a 2nd room for our family. We were moving from Arkansas, and did not get the beds set up.

This wouldn’t have been a bad experience except it was filthy. There were hairs on the pillow cases and the sheets plus the bathroom floor and tub. That is disgusting. Other than that I wouldn’t have minded the carpet being dirty. My sons feet soles were dirty from walking barefoot. The Employees were nice and the main floor of hotel looked clean and up kept. But the actual room ruined it. Plus other minor things like the window shutter didn’t work and peeling paint by the door. Carpet starting to rip.

I would really like to give a nice review. I will say that check in went great and we received great service. This was our second time staying in this hotel. Our first visit went great. This visit we were disappointed. Quarters were unavailable at the front desk for the coin operated washer and dryer on site. Of course i ran out half way through my cycle at 9p.m.! No one was at the front desk so i called their main line and was told they didn't have any because they ran out (this was a Friday night) and go to the gas station down the road! The next day, the front desk was able to give us two dollars in quarters. We brought them up stairs. Lost one on the floor but we were so excited to find two dimes and a nickel! My son went down to exchange it for a quarter and was refused saying they only take dollars. Luckily we ended up finding the quarter and got our clothes washed. Breakfast food items ran out. Cinnamon rolls were always out except our last day and we were there 5 nights. I got the last salsa, the last butter, and my son got the last bacon. It's unfortunate but I'll probably try a different hotel next time. Location is great, but it's like the staff just is burned out and doesn't care anymore. :(
