"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located just 10 minutes from the park. The only downside was the breakfast selection, which was quite limited. It didn't bother us since breakfast wasn't a priority, but if a good morning meal is important to you, you might want to eat elsewhere. Overall, we highly recommend it!"

"The room was very clean and was perfect for a overnight stay. Good water pressure in the shower. The continental breakfast had many options, including some frozen breakfast sandwiches to microwave. My only two (minor) complaints are very bright lights outside the rooms and no black out curtains in the rooms (just blinds). I like my room super dark. The pillows were pretty tired and broken down. Not a deal-breaker, but just an observation."

"Good location, close enough to town and the lake is almost next door. They have a large veranda with a nice view of the valley and the lake for the summer and a second floor lounge with the same view for the cold days. There is an arcade to keep the kiddos entertained even though you gotta pay $1 for each play. They also have a coin laundry inside the arcade. :) The building is old, carpeting in common areas look ready for a refresh, but our room and bathroom was in good shape. The furniture...

"The location to downtown, shuttles to Rocky Mountain National Park, Stanley Hotel. Didn’t use car for the five days that we were there. General area with restaurant and bar was nice."

"They charged $25 for us to check in 2 hours early, and then room was not cleaned. There were two soda cans containing cigarette buttes left on our king suite's balcony despite it was supposed to be non-smoking, We told a person on front desk to remove the cans, he said he will let the housekeeper know. but no-one came and taken care of issue."
