"The hotel is right on the front jusr a short walk to the pier and beach. The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable about area and where good restaurant are etc. The rooms i stay are on the front can see Pier, beach and on occasion the goats and sheep that come down from The Orme. The rooms are spotlessly clean, a decent size. The breakfast is gorgeous and they have a dining room for the dogs and family. Its a short walk to the shops, a lovely walk along prom and just a small uphill walk for the Tram to go up the Great Orme. Just over the road from the hotel you can get a bus up to Great Orme or a Sightseeing bus to Conwy.if you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed and like myself will visit time again and again. "Our stay was lovely. Dan and Wei were great and the establishment was ideal to walk into town. Our room had everything that was required and Dan did mention that the next time we go, which we will, to book a bigger room. Lounge, bar and dining area very spacious. Breakfast was again excellent with huge choice....put us up for the day !! Car park right next door which was roomy and secure. Outside you could also sit on the patio - plenty of seats. Everything kept clean. All staff polite. Definitely go again !!"

"Wonderful stay, gave us early check in, card and chocolates for our 51st Anniversary! Went back to hotel to have a drink in bar at 9.30. Not much of a space to sit and socialise. Breakfast good but expect Pancakes or Eggs Benedict as in sister hotel Wild Pheasant. "

"Tatty and in poor condition, awful place. We checked into room 210 this weekend, the shower does not work, just the bath taps. Bathroom dated and very tatty. Bedroom the same, cracked paint, unsafe electrical switches, one mug for 2 people to share. A truly awful place. "
