"Definitely worth the price of a room"

"We were locked out of our room when we returned after a long day in the city. We requested to reactive our keycard, that did not work. The front desk person tried their master key and that did not work. We were standing outside for nearly an hour while he tried to figure it out. He continued to say that someone was in our room (which there was not) and tried to move us to another room while all of our things were inside. This was unacceptable. I asked for some sort of compensation and was...
