"overall its not bad....definitely good for a family however there's a few things I would like to mention that could have an impact for others wanting to book same place. 1. It's not the holiday Inn, its two separate businesses using the same building...some floors have hotel rooms, some have appartment rooms...I haven't see the hotel rooms so I cannot comment on that however I can say it feels misleading when you head into the lobby and they have elevators that are much fancier yet they tell...

"Everything about this hotel/apartments is perfect. The location is right by the river - with a lovely walk over the bridge to the central old town. There are lots of restaurants and things to do and see. My room was beautiful- the perfect combination of rustic and modern: really stylish and clean without losing the character of an old building. I highly recommend this hotel. Oh, I forgot the customer service - Fatima could not have been more friendly and welcoming"

"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"Nice apartment in a quiet street but close enough to walk to the main areas. Bit of a squeeze for 5 adults but still plenty of plates and cutlery etc. Nice large hot tub for private use and the communal pool area was small but nice for some outside space.
