"At DoubleTree, you won't get bored. The staff was really courteous and pleasant, and even though I was only there for two nights, the fitness area was large and all of the machines were accessible for use. I really enjoyed the swimming area; there were enough of seats and towels, and it was cozy and restful. My room was spotless and smelt nice, the air conditioning was excellent, and the bathroom had extra towels. I had a great time."

"The place has a bad roach and ant problem. After walking to my non smoking room on the non smoking floor, all you smelled was marijuana and cigarettes. First sign was when I first walked in the room and saw half the smashed dead body of a roach on the wall. It was clear that someone killed it and left it there. "The property was a new property clean, air conditioning was great , laundry room was great had enough machines. Staff was nice. The only problem I had encountered was the last two days of my trip there was no hot water!!!!! I did not enjoy taking a cold shower it wasn’t pleasant. Then had the nerve too charge me $7.95 for WiFi as I was checking out. Where’s the great customer service? I was expecting for the hotel to waive the fee of the WiFi for the inconvenience of not having hot water for...
