"Clean room, friendly staff"

"The bed was uncomfortable . The rest of the room was fine. Very clean. The breakfast was good. It was really nice to be able to walk across the parking lot to get to the Ark bus loading. The staff was lovely except the staff at the front desk could have been nicer and welcoming. No smiles at all!"
