Everything we needed, +extra towels

Basic, well used, functional overnight accommodation. No bedside lights for bedtime stories, but the gentle hum of the fridge to lull us to sleep. Kind host, Julia, didnt rush us out the next day, and directed us to the many cafés on London Road for breakfast ( Café Bonjour- excellent) while keeping our car in her safe keeping.

Landlady didn’t have a clue we were coming - just happy to talk with me over the phone and wasn’t there to give us the room key. She asked one of the tenants there to organise the room for us. Room was hastily put together and didn’t have the appropriate beds for the three of us. Beds were uncomfortable.Room was grubby and cold but thankfully has an en suite although we had to ask for toilet rolls for use in the loo. Towels were very small. Shower was either too cold or too hot. No toiletries apart from handwash. Wi-fi was thankfully working. I won’t book this property ever again!

A good place to wander in Oxford

The All Seasons Guest House is a good place to visit the wonderful city of Oxford. Not expensive and in a very British style, the room is quite large, well-furnished and beds are comfortable. Note that for breakfast you must notify the hostess before 6pm. A parking lot is available behind the house to park your car. ------------- Le All Seasons Guest House est un bon endroit pour visiter la merveilleuse ville d’Oxford. Pas cher et dans un style très britannique, la chambre est assez grande, bien meublée et les lits sont confortables. Notez que pour le petit-déjeuner, vous devez prévenir l’hôtesse avant 18h. Un parking est disponible derrière la maison pour garer votre voiture.

******DO READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING IT***** Never go this property.If you don't trust me look at some of the other reviews. It's a scam with an extremely mannerless lady. Recently, I booked this property as all of the other properties were more than 250 at last moment. When I arrived there, without even showing the room I was asked to pay , even though I had paid online. On confronting her with the fact and email that I had paid, she opened the door and asked that if you wanted to stay pay here(again) or leave. I left as I had a car and could travel. But if I hadn't, I would have been left with nothing but staying there, as many of the others have mentioned in reviews.

This property is a scam. DO NOT BOOK! It was marketed as a B&B, but turned out to be a dirty room in a House of Multiple Occupancy. The room was filthy and the bedding and soft furnishing smelly. Dust and mould were present, no Wi-Fi. 1 toilet roll was present to supply 2 guest for 5 nights. No breakfast available as marketed. No staff present on site. A Chinese woman with poor English took my money and ghosted. The numbers listed rang without an answer, even Expedia tried to contact them with no answer. I could not stay the other 4 days as I feared for my health and safety and had to make alternative arrangements. My complaint has been made to Expedia to remove this property from their listings as this place is a scam.

Had a fridge in the room which was a nice touch in the heat but a little negative is the windows where what you call tilt and turn and they kept shutting on themselves and wouldnt stay open.
