Stayed in this hotel because nothing else was available. Should have stayed in my car. This hotel was terrible. From the mask smell of air freshener when you walk in, to the NON WORKING AIR CONDITIONER AND PHONE. The air was not cool and told them about it. Did nothing to refund my money since they said I didn’t tell them that night. Well I got there at 9:30pm, showered and got in bed by 10:30. Turned on air thinking it would be cold, woke up in a sweat at 2:00! The phone in the room had no signal so couldn’t reach anyone, nor was I going to wake my two daughters to go down to lobby. The next morning I told them and they said they would call me Monday to talk about refund. Never heard from them. Called Tuesday no answer from them, call Wednesday no answer. Finally they answered on Thursday and said they would do nothing about it. Terrible customer service and could care less about the price they are charging people to stay there!! DO NOT STAY HERE…. There is a brand new Fairfield HALF the price ! Go there!!

I reported a toilet that took multiple times to flush-and this was just a few toilet paper sheets. I stopped at the desk and the woman said she’d send someone up to repair while I went to a dinner meeting. When I came back (at 11:30 at night), it was not better. No one was at the desk to discuss. Thankfully I was alone, otherwise the toilet would have been a nightmare!

The hotel is very "tired" looking. Dark, depressing and dated. Hotel staff was very nice and professional. Bathroom sink faucet was leaking water all over the top of the vanity, so that caused a few problems. I did notify the hotel and hopefully it will be rectified for the next guest.

Room filthy. Look behind the mattresses just under headboards. It’s filthy. Toilet was completely coming apart and shower didn’t run. Staff didn’t care. Also front desk sleeping on the job. Grossest hotel and unbelievably overpriced. Go further away from Oxford before settling for this dump.

Staff behind desk was friendly and room was clean when we arrived, but no housekeeping during two-night stay. Breakfast is basically waffle mix, small yogurt cups, fruit, cereal, pastries and sausage and perfectly round eggs that looked highly processed. We went to the Bob Evans Restaurant next door for breakfast during our stay. Not the better quality Comfort Inn experienced elsewhere.

We booked a room with a jetted tub.... we were given a room with a ahower....when I asked they said that I only booked a reg room and was told to call Expedia. Expedia was great and said that yes we did book a room with a jetted tub and they has reached out several times to the Comfort Inn but could not get any one to answer the phone. Staff not helpful or wanted to fix the issue.

C- grade. The mediocrity of this hotel is only enhanced by being ... well, mediocre. I can't highlight too many things as it would take too long. But ... the breakfast is a great example; processed, rubbery, small pancakes sized eggs, luke-cool chewy sausage. Sugar filled oatmeal. No fruit. Tables that wobbled so much, your juice or coffee would spill. I'll let other describe the mediocre rooms.

The bathroom was grungy. The lobby area was freezing. The shower was not very hot and the curtain was flimsy and worn out. The whole building and rooms just feel old and worn out. Definitely not worth $175/night. Maybe $75.

Felt safe, and parking was good. But, hotel was lacking a lot of upkeep. Pool was usable, but had sign that said its unavailable. Good location, just needs a lot of work. Definitely not worth the price I paid to stay there.
