"we arrived fairly late from another state, came into the room and began to unpack, and go to the restroom, my daughter found a roach in the bathroom-we removed the roached, tried to make coffee-there was dried, ground coffee already in the pot, wanted to watch TV, the remote did not work, the desk attendant called the room to ask about the luggage cart but the phone cord kept falling out of the receiver, the breakfast was cold and we arrived at 6:10am. the shower had not been cleaned, there was dirt on the shower’s ceiling, walls and floor. The towels needed to be replaced due to curly hair embedded in all of the towels-and when replaced there was straight hair woven through the towels. "
