The room was spacious and clean and conveniently located, but the windows could not be opened and the circulation was terrible. Nice mattress though.

Great location and very quite. You do have to pay for extras like checking in early or fast wifi, but it is at a low price. The staff was friendly and breakfast was really good.

Très bien situé, en face de Westgate center. La ville se visite à pied. Nous n’avons pas déjeunê à l’hôtel. Je recommande.

Property shows its age so if you are expecting a shiny, Canadian standard room you would be disappointed. That said, the location is excellent right across from a huge shopping mall and everything in the city centre is very close and easy to walk. The breakfast is also outstanding. Expensive, but what isn’t in the UK these days.

Everything was excellent. Julie was so helpful, she stored our luggage until the 3pm check in time, and got us extra pillows and refreshed linens (some of the linen was not quite clean). The breakfast was wonderful with so many choices. Ancila was so friendly and made us feel special, making vegan sausage especially for us and even bringing it out to the table - above and beyond. The whole staff was helpful, energetic and caring. The room was clean, comfortable and had a pull out trundle twin so 3 of us could have our own beds. It was a little tight with the trundle pulled out, but it was very comfortable. I wish it had a refrigerator, iron, a shower cap, shampoo and conditioner. The location was ideal, right next the mall in city centre, making it accessible to many things. The only request i have is to be more flexible with the check in time, if the room is ready, there is no need to charge to check in 1 hr early. Also, when we checked out, there was no room to hold our luggage, which was quite inconvenient. However, we were offered to keep our bags in the restaurant area (at our own risk) which was closed so we felt quite safe with this option. We appreciated the option to do so. I also wanted to comment that the decor was wonderful, the purple sofas and color scheme made my stay that much more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again happily.

Everything was excellent. Julie was so helpful in so many ways from storing our luggage until the 3pm check in time, to getting extra pillows and refreshed linens. The breakfast was wonderful with so many choices, even vegan sausage. Ancila was so friendly and made us feel special, making the vegan sausage especially for us and even bringing it out to the table - above and beyond. The whole staff was helpful, energetic and caring. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had the all important refrigerator, coffee pot, and iron. It would have been nice to have a few more bathroom amenities like a shower cap, shampoo and conditioner. The location was ideal, right next the mall in city centre, making it accessible to many things. The only request i have is to be more flexible with the check in time, if the room is ready, there is no need to nickle and dime and charge to check in 1 hr early. 객실도 군더더기없이 깨끗하고 바로 앞 큰 쇼핑몰이 있어 접근성이 정말 좋았어요. 옥스퍼드에 다시 온다면 또 가게 될거 같아요.
