Malmaison Oxford
Had a 3 night stay, room very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, but the hot water tap for drinks I think is dangerous, and the instructions on how to use it are inadequate. I had to find someone to help. One of the lifts is out of order, and from we were told has been for a while. ...
