Tout était parfait! Identique aux photos, propre et tranquille. Duplex familial, wow! Piscine , presque privé puisqu’il n’y a presque personne, à côté de notre balcon. Cuisine très bien équipé. Quoi dire de Delphine qui est tellement sympathique! Trucs et conseils, elle s’est assurée que notre séjour se passe bien! On s’ennuie déjà!!! Merci pour tout!

Clean spacious room with great amenities and in a quiet area of the island; while still being able to access other areas very quickly (get a rental car). Daily hikes at the nature preserve at the end of the street and a nice cafe restaurant on-site. Don’t miss out on Mama Pizza just down the road as well!

My husband and I really(!) enjoyed our 5 night stay here, which was actually unplanned (we hated to leave St. Martin after our 10 nights in Orient Bay, so we got very lucky to book this property on a whim). We visited it a day before our reservation to scope it out. I wasn't sure I would like it because the surrounding area felt somewhat unsafe with abandoned properties due to the hurricane, but it was typical of many areas on the island, if not nicer. Once we met the owner and saw some of the property, we were convinced it would be ok. It turned out to be so much better than expected! We had a nice, large, ground-level room with a view of the pool and the ocean! It was well-equipped and very comfortable. We had a lovely patio to sit and have our morning coffee and meals. It was especially wonderful at night because the pool looked gorgeous and inviting (our original rental did not have a pool or a view of the ocean)! The owner, Delphine, was a joy and extremely attentive (hearing her laugh made our stay even better!). Although we struggled a bit with the wi-fi, it was not unexpected given the area, and we weren't there to watch tv or stay on our phones anyway, so not a deal-breaker. There's a yummy French cafe adjacent to the property (breakfast and lunch only), and a very nice bakery/convenience store close by, which we frequented almost every day. On-site , deep, well-kept pool was my favorite amenityall, we were extremely happy with our stay and will absolutely go back!!

Beautiful new two level villa with pool right out the sliding doors. Lovely view of the marina. Excellent restaurants nearby - Oasis, Mama Pizza snd BFK. And a wonderful store for coffee and daily provisions called Bread and Butter. Delphine was super responsive. Highly recommend Residence Colombus.

We had an excellent stay at Colombus recently for 5 days - it was super clean and had all the things you need to cook and eat. Great balcony and great views – AC in three areas and spacious - the restaurants near the hotel are perfect and the atmosphere great as well – this is a really excellent location with a great host in Delphine - highly recommended!

The view from our apartment was so beautiful! The place was wonderful, super clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time during our stay and we will be back for sure!

Delphine and Cecilia are so helpful and accomidating. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and to prepare you own meals. The Bread and Butter Bakery and Oasis Restaurant are close and should not be missed! You really do need a car to enjoy the island from this location if you want to see everything. We would recommended this residence 😊. Thank you to the ladies for being so helpful with our flight disruptions and lost luggage🙂

Lovely restful stay with family

Nice stay lovely pool. Need own car to get to surrounding area. Very Friendly owner. There was no oven in the apartment so don’t buy anything that needs an oven (think this is error on site). Local businesses on coast area still recovering from storm damage from 2018. Restaurant for breakfast and lunch on site. Bakery + small shop and pizza restaurant 10 mins easy walk away.

We are a family of three adults, we had a great time in the Family Duplex. Everything is new, clean and nicely decorated. We love the terrace and outside seating. There is a swimming pool on this property. Area is quiet and safe. Delphine was a great host, always available to us, she gave us a lot of tips regarding shops, restaurants... We like Bread and Butter, a small store where we went every morning to buy french baguettes and croissants. Also restaurant Oasis was excellent. To explore the Island and go to the beach from this location the best way is to have a car. Highly recomend this accomodation and we would go back if we visit St Martin again.

The management at this hotel is exceptional. Delphine went above and beyond to ensure our stay was convenient and that every need was met. Traveling as a family of four, we found the apartment spacious and well-equipped, complete with thoughtful touches like welcome snacks basket . Although the hotel is smaller, we loved its peaceful atmosphere. We often had the pool entirely to ourselves, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There are three restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, and a larger resort with additional dining options just a 5-minute drive away. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing setting, I highly recommend this hotel. We felt welcomed, safe, and extremely comfortable throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be returning!
